Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CMMS Specialist / SAP PM Engineer to support the development and management of maintenance master data in SAP PM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and technical data management within industrial or process-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage functional location hierarchies in SAP PM

Create and update equipment master data

Build Bills of Material (BOMs) and review SPIRs
-
Populate technical details from engineering documents, vendor resources, and other sources
- Read and understand the data from P&ID, PEFS, SLD, I/O list, line list, Cause & effect, Hazardous area classification, Alarm and trip, F&G, etc.

Develop and schedule maintenance plans in SAP PM

Coordinate with internal project teams and external vendors

Support work order management and maintenance scheduling

Maintain high-quality documentation of equipment and maintenance history
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
- In-depth understanding of CMMS systems and maintenance management processes
- Proficiency in SAP PM tasks, including equipment master, functional locations, and maintenance plans
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
- Experience with work order management and maintenance scheduling
- Familiarity with asset management principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PRE-REQUISITE qualifications:
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- We are accepting both candidates with 4-10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and fresh graduates.
- Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and an interest in this domain are also encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Must agree to serve a minimum of 2 years with the company.
